Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

For some reservations (such as large groups or special events), we may require a deposit or pre-payment to secure your booking. These payments are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to transfer them to a new date where possible.

If Street Corner must cancel an event or booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made.
